GNC Amp Sustained Protein Blend: A Review a protein packed peanut butter cookie recipe for al of our health nuts 🤗These protein packed peanut butter cookies were 😍😍😍 delicious, mouth watering, and super filling 😋 Are you ready for this super simple recipe? All you’ll need is: 3 full scoops of peanut butter protein. (Your choice on what you use, but in this recipe I used GNC Amp Sustained Protein Blend – Peanut Butter Puffs flavor) 1 scoop unsalted, natural crunchy peanut butter, 2/3 cup coconut sugar, and 2 eggs. Instructions: preheat oven to 350°. In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients well until cookie dough forms. Make 1.5 – 2 inch cookie dough balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. ( Optional: Flatten the dough with your hands carefully and then place a fork at a left side angle and then a right side angle, carefully pressing in) Bake for 12 minutes and enjoy! 🤗🤗 Let me know what you think. Serving size is 12. Not even 5 minutes after they were taken out of the oven, my husband, our baby and I ate pretty much all of them. Lol, amazing for your sweet tooth cravings and super filling. Our review on Mother Bee MaternityFinding comfortable maternity wear can be tricky sometimes. When I discovered Mother Bee Maternity, I fell in love immediately. I teamed up with this gorgeous boutique, and I’m so glad I did. The owner – Nicole – is a total sweetheart. She gave me a few items to try out, but without a doubt this stunning maxi was my favorite for a few reasons:
- I LOVE the color
- It’s so flattering
- It accommodates the growing belly perfectly
- It can be dressed up or dressed down
- It’s so lightweight for summer time, and it’s so cute with a cardigan or denim jacket to pair with on those cold chilly nights, or breezy fall days.

Sun Bum – What summer smells like ☀️I had the honor of testing out a few of Sun Bums products and I am so in love. Receiving this big yellow box was pure excitement. Elvie – Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Trainer: So this post is going to get a little personal I feel, but I think it’s so crucial to talk about… As women, our bodies go through SO MUCH – Childbirth is one of those really tough, ever changing situations where our bodies are working overtime… Triple time even just to create human life. Before, during, and after pregnancy we notice a few noticeable changes: squishy tummies, stretch marks, hormonal shifts, and it’s all so normal… And then there are changes that our bodies go through that we maybe aren’t so willing to talk about.
For me personally, I’ve struggled with loving my postpartum self “downstairs”. I pee myself Everytime I sneeze or cough (oh gosh, where’s the nearest bathroom? I feel a sneeze coming 🙉🙈), and I felt less sexy in the bedroom. My confidence diminished. I felt like sex and orgasms were no longer the same… Zack completely disagrees and wants nothing more than for me to stop saying that because he thinks our love is still so explosive and that I’m crazy, but as women we know our bodies better than anyone else, right?

Liam And Company – The Softest Clothes Ever!!!
Out of all of the brutally HOT summers we get here in Buffalo NY, I’ve always turned to leggings for my go to. Shorts and dresses were always a no-no because I just didn’t feel comfortable in them. But Liam and Company took away all of those silly, negative doubts.
First, I need to talk about these shorts and how PERFECT they are with every outfit – for every occasion. They do not have a zipper or button closure. (I think that’s my favorite part because they are so easy and quick to get on). That, and the drawstring waist. Oh, and I cannot forget the length. As a mom of two, wearing short shorts is just NOT my thing. These are the perfect “mom” length.
These are a size medium for reference and they run true to size.
Next up is this V-Neck leopard printed knot dress… It’s literally a dream. It’s softness has me feeling cozy, and oh so fashionable all day long.
I love that this dress isn’t too short, and that it offers a looser fit. I am oozing over the gorgeous pattern, and am so in love with the adorable knot detail.
